"Rain Witch" was inspired by all the rain I recently enjoyed. I wanted her hat to double as a raincloud, which is why it has scalloped edges, complete with raindrop-shaped jewels spilling down. The graphite of the witch herself is nicely complimented with a stormy blue-gray watercolor background and both gold and silver liquid leaf embellishments give her accessories that realistic metallic look.
