The Winter Solstice, also called Yule, is the longest night of the year. Stars twinkle, snowflakes swirl, and wintery spells are cast. This doe may appear to you in the deep night, come to grant your holiday wishes and gift you light. Just as the candles atop her head radiate brightness and warmth, just as the foliage of her crown stays evergreen, so too does she bless you with the same lovely sentiments.
